Según la Federación Nacional de Minoristas, las compras navideñas continúan creciendo año tras año –se espera que las ventas navideñas del 2017, crezcan entre 3.6% y 4%-. Si bien esto puede ser una pesadilla, los minoristas deben ver esto como una oportunidad de crecimiento. A medida que el mundo va evolucionando, más consumidores usarán la tecnología para hacer sus compras de temporada.
