El resultado de la EPD indica que el concreto elaborado en la planta de última generación de Holcim México ubicada en la obra del NAICM es de alta calidad y por encima del promedio del estándar que maneja, por ejemplo, la industria del concreto en los Estados Unidos.
La EPD es un informe que brinda datos cuantificados y verificables sobre el desempeño ambiental de un producto, un material o un servicio, en este caso el concreto.
