Inaugurado por Jorge Sánchez, vicepresidente de ventas para Latinoamérica Norte, el ciclo tuvo el objetivo llevar un mensaje en relación a las últimas tendencias y a cómo se está percibiendo la innovación en la cadena de suministro para los mercados en las industrias de retail, manufactura y distribución, tanto para empresas como estudiantes. Ambas empresas buscan contribuir con mensajes actuales exponiendo a los estudiantes a un mundo real en el ámbito laboral.
Esta visión conjunta responde a un compromiso con el alumnado de la institución: “La vinculación del Tecnológico de Monterrey con organizaciones líderes como JDA permite que los profesores y alumnos trabajen con problemas reales de la empresa, en este caso relacionados a la cadena de suministro y al retail buscando la mejor experiencia para el cliente y el minorista», coincidieron Juan Pablo Murra, decano nacional de la Escuela de Negocios, y Mauricio González, decano de la región norte. «La complejidad a la que se enfrentan los jóvenes hoy día es tal que demanda una formación innovadora y de inmersión que permita desarrollar las competencias que los faculten a cumplir las metas y expectativas de la sociedad actual».
