El 2017 fue un año de retos para todo el país, pues enfrentamos cambios políticos internacionales que nos obligaron a replantear varias estrategias de logística y comercio, sin embargo, al día de hoy puedo decir que, en esta cuestión, somos un país que se mantiene creciendo y se fortalece con miras al 2018.
Al respecto, el e-commerce ha sido una modalidad clave para este crecimiento, debido a su fácil acceso y agilidad de logística. Además, el proceso de adopción de los compradores mexicanos va en ascenso, ya que de acuerdo a datos de la Asociación Mexicana de Internet (AMIPCI), el comercio electrónico creció en un 59% al cierre del 2016, además de haber alcanzado un costo de 329,800 millones de pesos en compras online en el mismo periodo. Lo que nos brinda un panorama positivo para el siguiente año.
Esto ayudó a que, pese a los cambios constantes que vivimos a nivel nacional e internacional, marcas de nuestro catálogo de clientes, continuaran creciendo y fortaleciéndose durante este año no sólo en la modalidad online, sino también en sus servicios de logística, diferenciándose por mantenerse al tanto de las tendencias que dominaron el 2017, como lo son la seguridad, flexibilidad y adaptabilidad en todos sus procesos.
Por este motivo, desde nuestra perspectiva como compañía, el 2017 sólo fue una muestra de los éxitos que nos esperan el siguiente año, ya que seguramente seguiremos presenciando la consolidación del e-commerce y la adopción de mejores técnicas de logística a nivel nacional, lo que fortalecerá la estructura económica de todo el país.
Asimismo, durante el 2018, aprovecharemos para seguir trabajando en los pilares que nos han mantenido como una marca líder de la industria, como la inclusión de personas con alguna discapacidad, ya sea intelectual o motriz, y nuestra política de sustentabilidad, además de seguir impulsando el crecimiento de las pequeñas y medianas empresas, reiterando que uno de nuestros principales compromisos es continuar con el crecimiento económico del país y la sociedad.
